Good afternoon to you all,
I had taken a break from my spiritual creative writing, and now I am back :)
I hope you all had joy in your heart the last week. Sometimes, love holds many aspects and one of them is sadness or regret. during the season it is normal for us to go through such feelings due to the very prevalent time of loving and giving.
The vibration of such giving is a powerful component of the energy around us and can bring up great aspects of love and with it pain and even isolation. For those who are going through such pain, let us remind ourselves and pain is a part of our healing and you and I will be stronger and wiser for it. Let us know that our divine God did not intend this pain for you but sometimes the choices made but we or others have fostered such pain. A prayer of deep healing can be uttered and asked for, and the universe will surely heal and reply.
Here is your energy of the week

MIND ENERGY
The mind is letting go and letting God. It feels the wind of change it is forced to see that what happened in the past is not where it wants to m. The divine speaks! we are in the path of a new way as we step into the new year.
Cool your mind with kind thoughts. Cool your mind with the desire to embrace loving phrases. Know this is a time of releasing old energy in terms of mind patterns. So work on that.. and fill your mind with the feeling and knowing of Joy !!!!

No one will be left behind. Even those who have fallen from love will be picked up and you will see and feel and embrace such profound thoughts.

Re-align your energy during this retrograde

Greetings to you all,
Here is your spiritual guidance for the week,

I wish you the best for a restful weekend. Most of us have been having a very hard time the last few weeks.
Some of it is due to the astrological energy shifts that are happening, bringing about feelings of lost love, thoughts of those who are no longer with us, tired energy and mental fatigue
During these hard days, it is always a good thing to realign your energy with your inner “God Core” It is very hard to think positively during these times. But it is IMPERATIVE that we do so. Or we can remain in this cycle for many moons and this is NOT what we need,

Here is a short method of getting reconnected to your power zone and gently ebbing away from your pain zone.
This is a 30 minute ” Energy Alignment”
* The best time of the day for us to re-align ourselves is just before we go to bed.
* Take a short shower before you get into bed. This will wash away negative energy… say when you feel the water on your skin. ” Take away the anger and the pain of the world” repeat that over and over
* Get into bed and be appreciative of simple things around you. Such as your “bed” your “pillow” your Sheets and the feeling of comfort.
* Ask for peace and rest in your sleep and take five minutes to breath deep
* when you awake take a couple of minutes to give thanks for the rest you had then get up and shower and feed your body.
* after breakfast take a few minutes to ask God to help you through that day and write down 3 things that you appreciate about your life. maybe it is just the food you had and the air you breathe and that fact that you can actually think and pray.
* take a few minutes to breath deep, relax your arms feel the energy flow through your body.

Now get up and feel refreshed.. take your feet out of your shoes for a second and feel the earth under your feet or your socks :)

That is it…
Do this when you are feeling generally out of sorts. Do it for about a week and you will get yourself realigned.

Handling Frustration and Negativity !!!

Sometimes things and people can really frustrate us. Most times when they are inconsiderate or not in alignment with our vision. This frustration can build and become a pillar that blocks us from our “magic spot” Given the time it can hinder our creative energy and block the light of God from surrounding our heart.

I hear this and feel this all the time. It is not easy to get along with diverse energies and people. It is important to experience this, not so fun energies. but it is also vital that we work through them in order to find our peace.
We are all born to have diverse experiences, and the good and the bad all hold an equal amount of learning and growing, in our daily life.

There are a few ways that I have learned to cope and work through my own energies of anger and frustration and I am going to share my journey with you.

Now these may not be ideally suited for you and so I hold no attitude that you need to adapt these suggestions but if you think they may help you… feel free to use it.

  1. Breath peace into your thoughts and feelings of frustration. Take some time before you answer but breath at least a few deep breaths before you fly off your deep end.
  2. Think of something with some humor in it. Find the silver lining so to speak. this is a good method when you have had a little time to brew over your problem.
  3. Try to look at things with some laughter. Learn to smile at yourself.
  4. See that all things in this creation has beauty and find it… especially in those who you don’t agree with
  5. Be mindful of you and be mindful of them. be kind to you within and then be kind to them.
  6. Release.. Love and be loved. Allow yourself to enjoy you… and then Joy will surely find a home within your soul.

May this weekend leave you its true peace! Peace sometimes has to be nurtured and found. Find it – it is your door to freedom!

Are you a -“Third Wheel” ???

Thirdwheel
Today I am writing to you people that feel that you are, or simply “are” the third wheel in a relationship.
I work with many many women and men who are in or have been in such relationships.

Due to society’s take on such situations they silently suffer through this . It is a hard place to be. The unknowing. Some are happy to be just lovers. But this is few and far between. Given time as feelings grow it can become a huge challenge.

The important thing to remember in such a situation is, not too loose your inner faith and peace. And to avoid feeling lost and frustrated because of it.
Love is a very powerful thing and before you know it you can be totally consumed by your situation, even more than love itself. For human nature likes to be the center. To feel blessed and loved and admired. We don’t like sharing our center with other. Or feelings that we are not the center.

I have watched many programs of “Poly” relationships . In order to understand this dynamic. However even in these situations. There is a powerful pull from one partner to constantly be the center. Most times one or more the partners and not as emotionally invested or is more in control of their inner space and allows this cycle to happen. But most times, it ca cause deep resentment and anger.

As a counselor, I am not here to judge. But to try and bring clarity and peace to your spirit and your life. So that you may grow and be beautiful within and without.
It is hard to navigate with you in such storms of feelings. But I am good at this and take a loving yet kind attitude . With a deeper understanding of the feelings that you within you than the situation from which it has arisen. Feelings are the power source of creativity. It is the engine of God and we must recognize it and behold it for what it is.

The most important thing is that in this case, you don’t loose your “sense of self” You don’t end up feeling left out and hurt. It is not easy for someone who is dating a married man or women. They spend many evenings alone. wondering where their lovers are. Or if they are having a wonderful time with their family. This can be painful and be draining. Without knowing it you are now in a Karmic pain cycle. You get used to this feeling of lack or pain and it becomes more familiar to you than love itself.

Pain is born of love. and so this is not unusual. Recognize it. Then think back why you developed. feelings for your lover. Remember the good times and start to enjoy the good times once more in your head. Rather than create new fantasies that don’t give you much joy.

The feeling of LOVE is profound. If you can experience it, apart from the attachment then all the better for you. If you cannot do this. The next best thing is to constantly remember why you feel in love in the first place and then follow in your mind the happy moments you both shared.

This will bring about a better sense of peace and balance and will help you to move away from the ignominy of the pain.

There are many things in this life that will make you smile. Don’t forget to open your window and look outside. or you will lose the beauty of what God created for you. For in the eyes of our father.. we are all beautiful.

It is easy to pass judgment even in your own situation. Sometimes this is a redundant space in your mind. It is better used to create beauty. For judging only adds restrictions. But enjoying your heart is limitless.
There are some productive meditations and some music that you can find that is great for pain and healing. Look for them online.. don’t be afraid to experience many new ways to be grounded.
Also, I suggest eating and drinking what the eastern in me refers to as, “cooling foods” some examples are: cucumbers and melons, and coconut water to drink.
Then comes the next best food of love. Chocolate … just a bite and some grapes. These are generally mood enhances. and will give you just a little sugar high you need to get out of the doldrums. Then, of course, most importantly … gather your thoughts and feel and think apart from your situation. Try not to attach your thoughts in a singular way…. to it.
Walking helps. It is a yoga way and also a great way to relieve the stress of neglect in your life. Feel empowered by each step and grow stronger with each breath…..
So breath in your love and feel the freedom that spirit has given you . And be at peace. Be powerful and be blessed.
