A cool week with our energy. There is much joy to be felt and also the equal amount of sadness that lingers in our hearts. This is the time celebrate our loves. Memories of happy times neath your tree and to some of us the feeling of family that was once ours. And now is no longer there…
Be aware of this my dear one’s … for God in his mercy is waiting to bless us. Even through all our pain. I pray for those who are alone to day.. for those hearts that are crying. My kind thoughts and healing energy’s with you .
Your Body Energy.
Be careful of what you put into your body this week. There is a tendency of eating a lot of sweets and also some oil. Avoid taking any of this in access. The sweets are a given fro the season the oil is for the reason that your mind can be under some stress and our bodies then think that we need to bulk up on the fat. To keep the heat in so to speak. So do some deep breathing this week and try to walk at least 2 minutes avery other day :) this will help you keep your balance.

A week after thanksgiving can leave us a little tired in the brain. All that turkey has sent you on a tail spin..lol. So get back up. And move forward. Loads of tea… pop some spice into it if you like. Nothing like a little nutmeg in your cup.. that you sup. It is a time to let go the stress of your mind. DO NOT THINK TOO MUCH. Let it go and let it be.. ya my friend. Let go and let the power of Love surround you .

We are faced again with a powerful spirit filled week. mutual gratitude seems to flow freely and so you will find balance with prayer, and being connected to your own higher self.
