Many of you ask me on a daily basis ” Is he the one I am going to spend the rest of my life with” This is indeed a very profound question. Not to be taken lightly . and I don’t take it lightly. However …..

If we understand our true purpose we will realize that the answer to this question lies within each of us. It Lies with the choices that we make. The thoughts and the feelings we have. and also the partner who we fall in love with. Here are a few areas that strongly affect our ongoing relationships.

The Power of Choice.

Each day we chose. If it is about what we wear. What we eat . How we communicate. How much time we spend with each other… and so on.

In these choices we are also faced with options. Say for example…. you are in love with someone and he or she chose to go out with another… what does that say to you ??

They made a choice. to do so and this could negatively affect your relationship causing some permeant damage. You will both suffer from this . But it is what they chose. So….. you could chose to stay or walk away… your choice !!!!

So Choice matters.
They could also say. “well I do find the other person attractive but I chose not to bring confusion and pain to the one I love, or to my path and so I will not go there” wise choice but….. not always the case in some lives. and minds.

Does that make the person better or worse ??? I don’t think that is the point that is valid. It just defines the confusion and various other paths that get connected to us through such choices.

Choosing our paths wisely always helps.

The POWER OF ATTRACTION

We are very visual creatures. We humans. and as much as we never like to admit that the body and our sexual energy is a part of this ever lasting union, up to some point in our lives it does play a part.

For example we are most likely not to get involved with someone who we found least attractive in person. It is hard to do . Is it not ?

However after we decide and get into a relationship if we or our partner chose to become over weight due to laziness or ended up unclean our relationship would suffer. Sexual connections and emotional connections are important.

The sexual connection most often lies with the visual and the emotional with the energy and the way we communicate with each other.

Taking each other for granted is indeed a downer and can ruin a relationship.

So as you can see there are many many choices on a daily basis that can drive a relationship forward. or stop it in it’s tracks. The choices lies with each one of us. The true quest lies in the works we put into our relationship. This WORKS is what holds it together and drives it forward. It is IMPOSSIBLE to predict a lifetime of works. That would surely take away a mans true character and his or her development. So I chose not to read or answer such questions in this fashion.

However, I will help you by looking at true heart of your Lover. and see his or her intent with you. Their desire to be faithful. Their desire to love and be kind . to you. This is more powerful. and yes this is more real.

For we are born for works. To love and to cherish each other and to grow in and through such love. and there is indeed nothing greater than such love. For where such tender love abides God does too. What great gift could you or I ask for. But the presense. of one that is greater than all.
