Infuse your past pain with healing.

Welcome to another day in Paradise. For as Christ saw paradise in the heavens surely we can see paradise on this earth. For we are earthly and heavenly creatures’ and are meant to enjoy all things earthly and heavenly.

We are heading out of rather an emotional period. The last month or so has been affected by the Mercury retrograde. We are usually visited by one or two of these periods each year. And each year we address it with whatever tools we have in our spiritual and emotional backpack.

Hopefully, we would come through brighter, stronger and more loving from within and without.

Like nature energy too has its seasons. Even though there has been pain and sadness in the past few weeks, this period of energy focusses on our own healing. Most times during the retrograde, we are drawn to what seems to be our past. People and events of our past can revisit us. Sometimes we are reminded of a past suffering and sometimes not. But in each element that dances into our present consciousness, there is something very prevalent to our present. Most times it is to address our own healing or the healing of others.

Sometimes pain is in itself a reminder of things we have left behind .Stories that have had to ending. Sometimes we have to write those ending ourselves. And other times we will get the help .
Each time we revisit a space-time event from out past it is not always bad. It can help us to look at it with new eyes. Hopefully, we are not longer in the middle of the drama and we can look at things more objectively. Sometimes we are only left with the feeling of pain and so we will now see how we can move away from this state of being.
It is a good time to embrace forgiveness. Not only for others but also for ourselves. If you can imagine

“God endures with us and Rejoices with us.. ”
Let us kindly remind ourselves that all that we go through is also felt and experienced by a kind and loving God. But until we ask for inner peace, forgiveness and guidance our higher spirit does not intrude. But only watches as a kind observer.

It is important to feel compassion within our hearts. Compassion towards our unrequited dreams releases us from anger and frustration. Releases us from negative thought patterns.

There are many clients who call be and speak of a past lover. Someone who hurt them, who seem to be coming to their mind, over this perios of time. or simply turning up in person. Sometimes a client would like to know how that person is feeling about them or if they are doing well. And sometimes, they may wish the other person endure their own pain too. Are they missing me? As I miss them? This is normal. To find that commonality in another. In love and in hate this is a normal thing.

How To Forgive and sometimes Forget

This si a hard thing to do. But there are many ways to do it. Let me share just the most simple that has worked for me. When the pain arises within me I see if it is connected to a visual reality. Meaning is it from a past experience or is it because of some unrequited feeling or desire. In both instances, the feeling is connected to a thought . A thought is connected to the image or feeling. Open your mind to that thought. Feel it and see if you can think of another thought that is more in alignment with peace . For example. Maybe you are thinking of a past love. How he treated you. And now you are without him and so you are left with all these bad memories. Well, look at your life today. See if you still residual reminders of him if not, then breath forgiveness into that memory. Hold it in your minds eye and say.. “I am grateful for creating that event, and even though my feelings of love was not returned in the same way I am grateful for feeling…. that feeling of love. For that feeling was all mine. My Lover evoked that feeling within me, and I embraced it. I am grateful for my lover for this simple fact. And now… I am letting go of the pain that is associated with that love and now I only feel the love, I breathe love into that moment and I will hold that moment for it is mine to have and to hold” when you take away the cause or reaction to an event and feel only the love no matter what it is it will start its healing on its own .

Then you can also add if you feel so. “ I thank God for letting me feel love. I am now asking the spirit to all those who have created pain towards others to start also feeling love, and be able to share the same.” – this is the art of asking God spirit to touch and help those who are suffering from their own pain within. This will help you to align your energy with the power of healing.

Feel the love you felt for that person before hurt stepped in. and hold that within. Knowing that this is the most freeing. So even the crashing thoughts and feelings have their place of deep healing. Seek that, and you will be stronger and wiser insight it all.

It is not easy to feel good when you feel you are experiencing a loss. But it is possible to do so. Not everyone who reads this will agree or feel this to be true. I respect your thoughts and your feelings. But whatever they may be, I leave you the essence of peace. Within your heart, your mind and your spirit and I wish you well.
